WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
At Delgrappo, we understand that purchasing a premium timepiece is an important decision. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a comprehensive withdrawal period that allows you to make your purchase with complete confidence.
You have the unconditional right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you or an authorised recipient (excluding the delivery carrier) takes physical possession of your Delgrappo timepiece.
This withdrawal right is provided in accordance with European consumer protection regulations and requires no justification or explanation from your side.

Your withdrawal communication must be unambiguous and clearly state your intention to cancel the purchase. We recommend including your order number, purchase date, and product details to expedite the process.
RETURN CONDITIONS & REQUIREMENTS
PRODUCT CONDITION STANDARDS
To qualify for a full refund, your Delgrappo timepiece must meet our pristine return standards:
- Unworn and Unused: The watch must show no signs of wear, use, or handling beyond initial inspection
- Original Condition: The timepiece must be returned in the exact same state as received
- Complete Package: All original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, and accessories must be included
- Protective Elements: Any protective films, stickers, or coverings must remain intact and undisturbed
- Proof of Purchase: Original receipt, invoice, or order confirmation must accompany the return
Important: Any evidence of wear, scratches, tampering, or removal of protective elements may disqualify the item from receiving a full refund. Each returned timepiece undergoes thorough quality inspection to ensure these standards are met.

RETURN SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS
Timing: You must ship your return within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal decision. Late returns will not be eligible for refund.
Shipping Responsibility: Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring safe delivery. We strongly recommend using:
- Fully insured shipping service
- Tracking capabilities
- Signature confirmation upon delivery
- Appropriate packaging to prevent damage
Risk of Loss: Delgrappo cannot be held liable for items lost, damaged, or stolen during return transit. Insurance coverage is highly recommended for high-value timepieces.
REFUND PROCESSING
REFUND METHOD & TIMELINE
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned timepiece, we will process your refund using the original payment method, unless alternative arrangements have been mutually agreed upon in writing.
Processing Timeline:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days upon receipt
- Refund notification: Within 24 hours of inspection completion
- Refund processing: 3-5 business days (bank processing times may vary)
You will receive email confirmation at each stage of the refund process, including final confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
DEDUCTIONS & ADDITIONAL COSTS
Import Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that Delgrappo advanced on your behalf during original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. This ensures compliance with international trade regulations.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to us, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
EXCLUSIONS & SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customised Timepieces: Watches with personalised engravings, custom modifications, or bespoke features
- Special Orders: Timepieces specifically assembled, configured, or sourced based on individual customer specifications
- Limited Editions: Certain limited or exclusive releases may have specific return restrictions (clearly noted at time of purchase)
These exclusions exist due to the personalised nature of such items and their limited resale potential.
WARRANTY & REPAIR ELECTIONS
Final Decision Policy: If you elect to pursue warranty repair, replacement under warranty terms, or exchange for an alternative product, this decision is considered final and binding. Such elections cannot be subsequently converted to withdrawal or refund requests.
We encourage customers to carefully consider their options before making this choice, as it waives your right to monetary refund.

While we make every effort to accommodate pre-shipment cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee successful intervention once your order has entered our fulfilment process. Premium timepieces often require careful preparation and may ship quickly after order confirmation.
