Structure, made visible.
The black dial gives the applied indexes, hands and date a clear field to work against. The brushed and polished steel case frames that contrast. The solid steel bracelet carries it beyond the case. Behind the exhibition back, the movement turns with the wrist. Nothing needs to be added to make the watch feel more present. The structure is already there.
MADE TO PERFORM
39.5 mm of measured structure.
At 39.5 mm across, 11.5 mm high the case is designed to carry the weight and presence of an automatic steel watch without becoming a block on the wrist. Its approximately 125 g weight is part of that experience: enough to feel substantial, without turning the object into a burden.
Black, used for clarity.
Contrast gives the watch its outline. Possente Nero uses a black sunburst dial with applied indexes and a date at 3 o’clock.The black surface gives the steel indexes and hands a defined field.
Function, kept visible
The date at 3 o’clock belongs to the Possente because this is a watch designed to be worn often. It is not a complication added to fill the dial. It is a useful reference built into the rhythm of a daily automatic. The result is not a dial that competes with the rest of the watch. It is a dial that gives the steel case something to frame.
WATER RESISTANCE, STATED WITH PRECISION
Possente is rated to 100 m / 10 ATM water resistance. That rating gives the watch greater freedom around the everyday contact with water that a steel daily-wear watch should be prepared for. A specification is useful only when it is translated into the life of the person wearing it. Here, 10 ATM is not a decorative number. It is part of the confidence to keep the Possente on.
THE MECHANICAL HEART Visible through the back
Inside Possente is the Miyota 8215, an automatic mechanical movement with 21 jewels, a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, and approximately 42 hours of power reserve.
The movement is wound by the natural motion of the wrist. No battery is required. Its unidirectional winding system turns ordinary movement into stored energy, keeping the watch running when it is worn and for approximately 42 hours after it is set aside.
The mechanism remains visible through the exhibition caseback.
